Valentine's Day morning I woke up to go to a food drive for church, and my cute husband jumped up, went to his hiding spot, got my "Valentine" and had it all set out for me before I left. He insisted I open it then. This was the beautiful potted orchid he got me. Wish me luck so I don't kill it! He got me some yummy body butter and a gift card so I can buy "cloths" as he calls them, no, not c-l-o-t-h-e-s, but c-l-o-t-h-s. :)

This was my Valentine to Ammon. Candy and a new watch. I think he feels like a real man now that he has a watch. He was proud.

For Valentine's we decided we'd stay in for the night and avoid the crowds, so we cooked dinner together, ate by candlelight. It was perfect.

THIS is what we cooked. YUM! Ribs (which were aMAZING and easy), potatoes & gravy, and rolls....with sparkling cider.
Dinner was awesome, but we were both so stuffed we couldn't even sit by each other. So we both sprawled out on the couch and tried to digest our delicious dinner.
