"A-YEE"= me. Gavin calls me by my first name. :)
Gavin knows where his teeth are, his ears, his hair, and sometimes his eyes and nose. We are working on those.
He LOVES to read books lately. He doesn't sit for very long, and won't sit through a book with more than a few words on each page, but he loves to hold the books, turn the pages, chew on them (much to his mothers dismay). I love to sit and read him books, especially because he will sit with me on my lap and I can just hold him.
It's fun that he is starting to understand me more. Today I said "Gavin, do you want to go outside?" He ran over and found my flip-flops and brought them to me and put them in the dishwasher. Then I got his shoes and socks and he grabbed his socks and put them on top of his feet. It was really cute.
He loves to play on beds, in blankets and pillows. He thinks it's hilarious, especially when Ammon plays with him.
He loves to climb. He recently learned to climb on the couch and up and down the stairs (on his own).
He would spend all day outside if he could.
